Refund policy
If you have received incorrect items or if the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@naramente.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on beauty and health products, including but not limited to creams, sprays, serums, supplements, skincare products, personal care items, and any consumable or topical products.
For approved returns, you are entitled to a full refund, but return shipping costs are not included. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Send the Return Form
Email your completed return form along with a picture of the products you are returning to info@naramente.com.
Ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below after approval.
Clearly mark ‘Returns’ on the outside of the package.
Use a trackable shipment method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Follow up with an email containing your tracking information to info@naramente.com. -
Return the Items
Pack your items and send them to the following address:

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Use a trackable and insured shipping service to return the package, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
- Make sure the return form is approved; without approval, your return cannot be processed.

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Send Your Order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Ensure the package includes a tracking code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure the refund is processed within five business days to your bank account.
