Shipping policy

Have you found a product from Naramente that you just have to have? Wonderful!

Now choose a color and/or size and click "Add to Cart."
Of course, you can continue shopping, and you can always go back to your cart by clicking on the "cart icon" at the top right.
Note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the "cart icon" at the top right to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be directed to the checkout, where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Note: Once you have completed your order, it cannot be modified, as your order is immediately processed to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Naramente covers the shipping costs, so you pay no shipping fees.*

You will, however, bear the shipping costs for any returns.


CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, and you will receive a link to that page by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note: It may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Naramente strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order on a business day before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which results in an average delivery time of 10–20 business days.


I’M NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a local PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver indicating the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery, so there is always a short timeframe to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please inform us. An investigation will be initiated by PostNL 14 days after the stated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
